At Affordable Elegance Catering, we use only the finest ingredients and a personalized touch to provide you with delicious food that is beautifully presented.  All our Chefs are professionally trained and graduates of various culinary acadamies.  We will work with you to design a menu that fits your taste, style, and budget.  From 50 to 1000 guests, whether an elegant wedding reception, a corporate event, or a family gathering, we will create the perfect dining experience for you and your guests.

Whether you want an Italian entree of Veal Scallopini, a Cuban entree of Ropa Vieja, a French entree of Chicken Cordon Blue, or a British entree of Beef Wellington, our team, under the leadership of Chef  Castro, can prepare the entree that best suits your culture, taste, and budget.

Tastings are arranged as follows:  First, select two entrees and an appetizer you wish to taste.  Then, think of a convenient date and time for you and your family for the tasting.  Over the years, I have found that it is easier and more convenient for everyone if we bring the tasting to you.  It is a more relaxed environment and more convenient for family members to simply meet at someone’s home and to be presented you meal as if you were at your event.  There is no charge or obligation for a tasting.  All you have to tell me is what, when, where, and how many (tasters)!!!  See you soon.
